My name is Masha. I want to tell you about the main symbol of Russia.

The symbol of  Moscow  and  Russia  is  Red  square. It  is  the  heart  of  Russia  and  it  is  well  known  all  over  the  world. Red  square  is  famous  for  Spasskaya  Tower  and  the  clock  chimes.  Red square  is  full  of  tourists  every  day.

They  take  photos, enjoy  the  sights  and  walk  along  the  square. There  is  a  big  skating  rink  in  Red  square  in  winter. In  December  and  in  January  there  is  a  great  and  a  colorful  New  Year  tree  in  the  centre  of  the  square.

Different  parades  and  festivals  take  place  in  the  square. Everyone can take part in these events.

Hi! My name is Nikita. I played the part of Father. I didn’t have many words. I liked this role but next time I want to be an Elf. It was funny when in the end of the performance I forgot my words. Do you have Drama Clubs at your school?

Christmas fun!

Hello! I am Yegor. In the end of December our English Club prepared the performance about Christmas in the UK. We introduced Christmas traditions and Christmas characters to the pupils from Primary school. It was very interesting. In this performance I was an elf. I had to calm down crazy Rudolph in this play.  My classmate Ilya was a very funny Rudolph. Do you like to take part in school performances?

Hi! I’m Andrey. In Russia we celebrate New Year at night from December, 31^st to  January, 1^st.

All people come to the Red Square in Moscow , meet New Year  and also skate on the skating rink. There are a lot of New Year trees in all the cities and towns.. All pupils have New Year

holidays. At New Year’s night all Russian make fireworks. When I get up on January, 1st I find presents under  my New Year tree.

We study at school 72. We are in the 5th form. There are 16 pupils in our class (seven boys and nine girls). We are 11 years old. We are friendly and funny. We like to have fun and communicate. We like to learn English. We'd like to meet new friends!

My summer holidays

I want to tell you about my summer holidays.
I will play football with my friends. In July I’ll go to

The tradition of my family

My family has got some traditions. In spring we usually plant little trees in the forest. Last summer a lot of forest was fired out. Wild birds and many different animals lost their homes. We planted trees in Kriusha (a village not far from our town). There were a lot of people on that Saturday. Everybody was glad to revive the forest. The young trees were thin and little. We were busy with a very important work. I believe that we’ll enjoy the young green forest in some years.

Hello everybody! I like fruit, meat, fish, vegetables and other food. My favorites fruit are apples, oranges, bananas, lemons and mangoes.
